Many years ago Al Copeland started a small company called Popeyeís, which evolved into a worldwide chain. The Copeland family continued innovative menus that expanded into Copelandís and Cheesecake Bistro. Flavorful cooking made with fresh ingredients are menu favorites.

"My parent's roots run deep through Louisiana. My father never took the easy road, he often did what seemed impossible. Today, that visionary spirit lives on thru Copeland's of New Orleans and Cheesecake Bistro. We started Copeland's in 1983, and today we are happily celebrating 30 years of serving the people of Louisiana."
